About Me

I am an experienced person-centred psychotherapist/counsellor, I have 16 years’ experience working with individuals, exploring many areas of their lives.

We all have our own perspective on life which comes from our lived experiences, and this can become complex when relating to others in our everyday life. It is these complexities, that therapy/counselling can be unpicked and understood.

I have worked with people who suffer with varying mental health, low self-esteem, low confidence, anxiety, depression, stress, loss, anger, fear, co-dependence, relationship issues, abuse, self-harm, PTSD, and drug and alcohol addiction.

Most often the reason for these issues lay deep within us. I will support you whilst you discover the reasons for these feelings and help you to reconcile with yourself for a better way forward into the future.

I am a member of the BACP and adhere to their code of ethics which protects the client and the counsellor.

I hold professional indemnity insurance.
